- Franco Fogliato, president and CEO of Amer Sports’ (NYSE:AS) Salomon unit, has resigned for personal reasons, effective immediately.
- Amer Sports (AS) CEO James Zheng will assume Fogliato’s position on an interim basis until a replacement can be found.
- “The Company remains confident in the brand and its prospects and will continue to invest in its Outdoor Performance segment to drive long-term profitability,” the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
