Urano Energy (OTCQB:UECXF) has increased the size of its previously announced non-brokered private placement from C$700,000 to C$900,000.
Consequently, the company may now issue up to 12,857,000 units at a price of C$0.07 per unit.
The closing date of June 6, 2025, and all other terms of the offering, as outlined in the May 26, 2025, news release, remain consistent.
Completion of the offering is subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions, including all necessary regulatory approvals, notably that of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
