Graza Just Added Potato Chips to Its Permanent Lineup

Everyone who knows me knows I love to snack. My kitchen cabinets are constantly overflowing with bags of salty snacks, so you could say I’m something of a potato chip connoisseur. I’ve tasted nearly every flavor in the snack aisle, but my all-time favorite surprisingly comes from my go-to olive oil brand. When Graza launched limited-edition chips last winter, I couldn’t buy them fast enough. They sold out in just four days, and I’ve had a potato chip-sized hole in my heart ever since. Thankfully, the chips were recently restocked, and according to Graza, they’re finally here to stay.

Graza The Chips, 3 Bags

Graza

The Graza brand is a fan-favorite known for its aesthetically pleasing squeeze bottles, which make it easy to pour and drizzle olive oil with precision. With these refillable bottles, you can pour with one hand and stir with the other. The brand offers three types of oil: Frizzle for high heat, Sizzle for medium-high heat, and Drizzle for finishing — all made of olives from Jaen, Spain.

Since olive oil has a lower smoke point than the neutral oils in which food is typically fried, these potato chips are slow-fried at a low temperature. This gives them more time to soak up the rich flavor of the brand’s Sizzle olive oil. Then, they’re covered in flaky salt from Spain’s Añana salt flats, so every bite is filled with flavor.

The chips are made from thinly sliced Galician potatoes for the ultimate crunch. While I love a barbecue or salt and vinegar potato chip, the beauty of the Graza chips lies in their simplicity. According to Graza, fat makes up nearly 40% of potato chips, and these chips are proof that the oil you choose makes a world of difference.

Since the only ingredients are potatoes, extra-virgin olive oil, and salt, they taste good with just about any party dip. As a bonus, these chips are packaged with the same visual appeal as Graza olive oil. The bag features a whimsical design and bubble letters, because snacking should be fun.

Who could say no to fancy chips fried in fancy oil? If you’re ready to dig in, snag a pack of three for $20, or grab a 10-pack for just $5 apiece.
