Directions

1. To make the broiled lobster tails: Preheat your oven to broil mode at 525ºF (260ºC). Set a rack such that lobster tails placed on a baking sheet would be 4 to 5 inches below the broiler.

2. Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, cut down the center of the lobster shell lengthwise, starting from the end opposite the tail fins and continuing down until you reach the tail. Place the halved lobster tails onto the baking sheet.

3. Whisk the ginger, butter, lime zest, garlic, and hot sauce in a small bowl. Brush the spicy garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.

4. Broil the lobster tails until the meat is opaque and lightly browned, about 2-3 minutes, maybe more, depending on your oven. Serve the broiled lobster tails immediately, garnished with lime wedges, rosemary, red chili pepper flakes, etc… Enjoy! ❤️
