WonderWorks Panama City Beach Spreading Love with Locals BOGO Ticket Deal

PANAMA CITY BEACH, Florida – (February 8, 2024) – February is the perfect month to spread the love, and WonderWorks Panama City Beach is joining in on the fun by offering locals a sweet BOGO deal now through February 14, 2024. They are also celebrating Random Acts of Kindness Day by engaging with the local community and performing acts of kindness throughout the month.

“We love our locals!” says Amanda Hinzman, sales manager at WonderWorks Panama City Beach. “Don’t miss this great buy-one-get-one deal, happening for two weeks only. Just bring your ID to show at the door and you’re in!”

During the limited-time promotional period, local residents of Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Walton, Washington, and Okaloosa counties can show their photo identification or other proof of residency at the admission counter to get BOGO tickets. For each ticket they buy at the regular admission price, these local guests will get one of equal or lesser value for free. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount and is only available onsite.

To keep the sweet treats flowing, WonderWorks Panama City Beach is encouraging its staff to celebrate Random Acts of Kindness Day on February 17, 2024, and in the weeks leading up to it. They are challenging their team members to perform random acts of kindness within the upside-down house and out in the community. This may include gestures such as giving away free WonderWorks tickets or goodie bags, picking up trash in different neighborhoods, volunteering time to a cause, sending fun prizes to local teachers to use with their students, donating canned goods or other items to a shelter, etc.

One inspiring member of the WonderWorks team, Mischief Adams, has already started spreading kindness. She has been collecting and donating food, blankets, and clothing to those impacted by the recent extreme weather in the Florida Panhandle. Team members are excited to be involved in this special campaign and will encourage guests and other community members to get involved.

“Part of our mission here at WonderWorks is to give back to our community, so our whole team is excited to focus on paying it forward this month. We love being a part of the Panama City Beach family,” added Darren Grooms, general manager at WonderWorks Panama City Beach.

North Florida residents who want to be notified of special deals for locals year-round should text “upsidedown” to 73028 to join the WonderWorks text alert list. Being on this list will help ensure that they are the first to hear about special discounts, events, and more. There are numerous deals just for locals that are offered periodically throughout the year!

WonderWorks Panama City Beach is home to over 100 interactive exhibits with STEAM themes (science, technology, engineering, art, and math). There are hands-on activities that introduce guests to a wide variety of science-related topics. Additionally, there are plenty of fun activities such as the suspended ropes course, Xtreme 360 Bikes, laser tag, and an illusion art gallery to explore. They also offer activities and exhibits like a virtual reality Grave Digger monster truck ride, Bubble Lab, extreme weather experiences, a space discovery zone, physical challenges, and more. The attractions aim to keep guests physically active, encourage teamwork, and spark their imagination.

WonderWorks focuses on providing year-round interactive and engaging “edu-tainment” for locals and visitors.
