To me, Sundays have always been for staying in and getting myself ready before the week begins. Sometimes, that looks like sitting on the couch all day, sometimes that means going to the gym, and sometimes it means getting my house and kitchen back in order.

I always go grocery shopping on Sundays, and I often prep some grains for the work week to put in my salads.
