Apple feta crostinis recipe

While we intend this recipe for dinners, parties or even potlucks, these apple feta crostinis are also an excellent option for healthy snacking at home! You can whip up the crostinis in less than 15 minutes, depending on how many servings you want, so this is great when you have an impromptu visit.

Directions

1. Brush the bread slices with olive oil and toast in the oven at 400ºF (200ºC) or broil mode. Keep an eye on them and remove them from the oven when you have a nice golden color.

2. In a food processor, blend feta and Greek yogurt until smooth.

3. Spread a teaspoon of the whipped feta on each baguette toast.

4. Top with an apple slice, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with crumbled Feta and herbs.

5. Serve the apple and feta crostini immediately. Enjoy!

Tip for the crostini recipe
