USD Partners suspended from NYSE, to begin trading OTC on Thursday (NYSE:USDP)
USD Partners (NYSE:USDP) said Wednesday the New York Stock Exchange will suspend trading of and begin proceedings to delist its units, effective at the start of trading tomorrow.
The partnership said it is no longer in compliance with an NYSE listing requirement of an average market capitalization of at least $15M over a consecutive 30 trading-day period.
USD Partners (USDP) said it has 10 business days to determine whether to appeal the NYSE’s delisting determination.
The partnership’s common units will begin trading in the OTC Pink Market under the ticker symbol USDP.
