The Singer Oceanfront Resort Florida Renovation

South Florida’s Singer Island, located just north of Palm Beach, buzzes with activity following a couple of high–profile hotel openings, including the recent re-imagination of the former Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront/Palm Beaches Resort into The Singer Oceanfront Resort.

After undergoing a multi-million dollar top-to-bottom renovation, the property, now part of Curio Collection by Hilton and operated by Davidson Resorts, welcomes travelers to 223 guest rooms and suites with private outdoor balconies with front-row ocean views, two new dining concepts, and a curated list of experiences that immerse guests in the destination in an engaging way.

Drawing inspiration from its stunning surroundings and Singer Island’s history, the elevated decor features natural rattan and wood textures, original marine-inspired artwork, and a palette of soft coastal hues.

“This newly enhanced resort offers a coastal haven in Florida for travelers near and far. It’s an exciting opportunity to set a new standard for relaxed yet sophisticated hospitality on the island and to celebrate all that makes this enclave of the Palm Beaches so special,” Steve Contos, executive vice president of Davidson Resorts, said in a press release provided to Travel + Leisure.

Guests arrive at the newly redesigned lobby and are immediately handed a delicious welcome cocktail of strawberry-infused vodka, fresh lemon juice, strawberries, and Giffard Orgeat.

More tropical cocktails and modern American flavors await patrons of the hotel’s signature restaurant, Caretta Caretta. This elegant beachfront culinary destination offers pool and ocean views and refined, locally sourced coastal fare such as yellowtail ceviche, crispy shrimp lettuce cups, and seared red snapper.

The Market at Singer is the hotel’s second new dining concept, located near the lobby. It offers casual grab-and-go options as well as conveniently pre-stocked picnic baskets and coolers that guests can take to the beach. Sundowners are best enjoyed at Top Shell, The Singer’s bar, with panoramic Atlantic ocean views and a selection of classic and signature cocktails and light bites.

As the ultimate playground for ocean enthusiasts, The Singer’s programming includes weekly seashell and sea glass hunts, educational turtle activities, beach yoga, bonfires, and many more. Of course, those who like to soak up the sun in style with a cocktail in hand can do so in a private cabana by the pool. (The pool deck’s renovation is expected to be completed by the end of July.) The hotel’s staff also provides a beach umbrella and two beach chairs to resort guests daily. In addition, guests can rent water sports equipment like boogie boards, kayaks, and paddle boards.

Nightly rates at The Singer start from $299, and you can book your stay on thesingerresort.com.
