The 30 Best Fashion Shopping Picks of June 2025, From an Editor
Most Wanted is a weekly series in which one editor, staffer, or influencer shares their top 30 must-haves or current wish-list items.
Okay, so maybe I told my best friends and coworkers I was “done shopping” after the damage I did in Paris—but that was before the latest fashion drops hit. Can you blame me?
With summer just days away, new arrivals are popping up everywhere, and I’m beyond excited. Longer days, warm weather, and a fresh wave of outfit inspiration? Say less. As someone who lives and breathes fashion (and yes, shops for a living), I’ve been doing my homework—and by homework, I mean adding things to my cart—to uncover the must-have pieces for summer. The result? A carefully curated list of 30 standout items that deserve a spot in your wardrobe. Think breezy silhouettes, clean lines, high-quality basics, and a few statement pieces—from printed pants to sculptural jewelry—because no matter your style, summer is the perfect time to experiment.
So without further ado, keep scrolling to shop my warm-weather edit. Full disclosure: Some of these finds are already en route to me, a few are living rent-free in my closet, and the rest? Just waiting patiently on my wish list (until my next “I’m just browsing” turns into checkout).
ZARA
Ribbed Strappy Tank Top
This isn't just any basic white tank—it's an elevated one. It features a unique high-scoop neckline and a slightly low back. The spaghetti straps are delicate, and the material is thin but not see-through. I saw senior fashion editor Eliza Huber wearing it and was so surprised that she answered with “Zara” when I asked her where she got it. It looks so expensive.
Open Edit
Wide Leg Linen Blend Pants
More and more fashion people are leaning into drawstring pants this summer because they're easy to throw on, versatile, and look polished with a simple tank or a statement piece like a crochet top.
Open Edit
Tori Kitten Heel Sandals
Nordstrom's best-selling designer-passing kitten heels are now available in white. If I do say so myself, they're a must-have for summer.
Le Bop
Luna Pointelle Tank
Gray pointelle tops are now my obsession. How cozy and cute does this style look?
4th & Reckless
Amira Trousers
Whether you're traveling to the Hamptons or the South of France this summer, at least one pair of printed pants should be packed in your suitcase. This style is our favorite because of its under-$100 price tag and expensive-looking pattern.
The Row
Barn Mini Tote Bag in Mesh
From afar, this bag may look like any mesh tote, but when you look up close and see the details, you'll understand why it's priced the way it is. It's a special piece that will effortlessly elevate any summer outfit.
Massimo Dutti
Cotton Blend Flounce Midi Dress
Seriously, why is no one talking about this dress? The crochet detail and soft scoop neck are so stunning. Plus, it's fairly affordable. Grab it before it's gone.
ASTA RESORT
Bruna Crochet Bandana
Sporting a crochet bandana on your head this summer will land your photo on someone's Pinterest board. I assure you.
ZARA
Zw Collection Peplum Top
The silhouette, the structure, the shade—perfection.
Shop the matching Balloon Pants ($80).
Reformation
Petra Linen Low Rise Pedal Pusher Pants
Distinguish yourself with ivory pedal pushers rather than black ones.
adidas
Gazelle Lo Pro Sneakers
I'm a big fan of the slimmer sole on these Gazelle sneakers. They look a lot sleeker and more refined.
SIR
Fontana String Triangle Bikini Top
No one asked, but my current favorite resort-wear brand is the Australian label SIR. This bikini should explain why.
Shop the matching Fontana String Bikini Brief ($140).
Monday Swimwear
South Beach Sarong
I've officially called it quits on buying cheap sarongs. As I approach 30, I want my wardrobe to last. I'm now choosing to invest in higher-quality swimwear styles, such as this Monday Swimwear skirt.
Asta Resort
Genevieve Dress
I tried on this dress at Asta Resort's NYC store and immediately fell in love with it—mainly because it was so comfortable and hugged my body like no other dress. Yes, this is the dress I'm wearing in the image at the top of the story.
Staud's accessories are unmatched. While I appreciate all the beaded Tommy bags, this minimalist piece is more my speed.
Lightweight, light-wash, and baggy with a puddle hem—aren't these perfect-looking summer jeans?
Massimo Dutti
Long Flared Skirt With Gathered Detail
This skirt will do all the talking when you style it with a simple black or white tank top.
Chan Luu
Corinne 18k Gold-Plated Sterling Silver Necklace
IOE: Instant outfit elevator.
I've been really into pintuck tops lately. The subtle details are so visually intriguing. Style this one with wide-leg trousers or jeans.
Reformation
Carter Linen Mid Rise Pants
I promise you—you won't need or want to return these.
Tony Bianco
Zenya Black Heels
Whether heading to the office or going out with friends in NYC, I always receive compliments when I wear these pumps.
j.crew
Pintuck Mixy Dress
May I say, I just found the dress of the summer. Take a closer look and you'll see why.
COS
Clean Cut Regular T-Shirt
Striped T-shirts are popular every summer, but this summer they're trending even more than normal. I really like this one from COS due to its navy-and-ivory color scheme and the longer short-sleeve design.
Reformation
Theo Low Rise 2.5 Pull on Denim Short
When it's 80ºF and you don't know what to wear, but you're tired of dresses and skirts, these soft, elastic-waist denim shorts are the perfect solution.
Reformation
Aurelia Tote Bag
I assumed this bag was vintage when trendsetter Ilana Torbiner posted a photo on Instagram wearing it in Europe last week. So you could say I was really surprised when she ended up sharing the link that led to Reformation.
Massimo Dutti
Flowing Linen Blend Mini Dress
Whether it's on a dress or a top, I'm a sucker for a high boatneck. It always looks elegant.
Emi Jay
Eyelet Scrunchie in Daffodil
If you haven't heard, all the coolest fashion people you know will be using extra-large scrunchies to tie back their hair this summer.
ZARA
Zw Collection Lace Camisole Top
I'm shocked this top isn't sold out yet. Everyone on Instagram has been sharing it ever since it launched at Zara this month.
Aritzia
Effortless Mini Linen Shorts
The Effortless Pants we all know and love from Aritzia now come in a shorts style, and they're crafted from breathable linen.
And last but certainly not least, a pair of chocolate-brown suede sandals that's not a want but a need.
