It’s a simple, effective design that allows me to cut out the hulls of my berries without excising an excessive amount of flesh. The blades are also great at grabbing potato eyes and tomato cores. Yes, using a paring knife can achieve the same results, but it’s way easier, a lot faster, and much safer to use OXO’s handy tool.
