Nasdaq says Borse Dubai prices shares in secondary offering at $59.00 a share
- Nasdaq (NASDAQ:NDAQ) said its minority shareholder, Borse Dubai, has priced the previously announced secondary offering of 26,956,522 shares at $59.00 per share.
- Borse Dubai has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 4,043,478 additional shares of Nasdaq’s common stock.
- Shares in NDAQ were down 2.32% in premarket trading on Wednesday.
- The offering is expected to close on March 22, 2024.
- Nasdaq is not offering any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
- Borse Dubai will receive all of the proceeds from the offering.
- Pursuant to the offering, Borse Dubai is set to hold around 62.4 million shares, representing 10.8% of Nasdaq’s outstanding shares, or 58.3 million shares if underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional shares.
