Nasdaq says Borse Dubai prices shares in secondary offering at $59.00 a share

Nasdaq (NASDAQ:NDAQ) said its minority shareholder, Borse Dubai, has priced the previously announced secondary offering of 26,956,522 shares at $59.00 per share.
Borse Dubai has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 4,043,478 additional shares of Nasdaq’s common stock.
Shares in NDAQ were down 2.32% in premarket trading on Wednesday.
The offering is expected to close on March 22, 2024.
Nasdaq is not offering any shares in the offering and will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
Borse Dubai will receive all of the proceeds from the offering.
Pursuant to the offering, Borse Dubai is set to hold around 62.4 million shares, representing 10.8% of Nasdaq’s outstanding shares, or 58.3 million shares if underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional shares.
