- Global Partners (NYSE:GLP) has priced its previously announced private offering of $450 million of 8.250% senior unsecured notes due in 2032.
- The senior notes will be co-issued by GLP Finance Corp. and guaranteed by certain other subsidiaries of Global.
- The sale of the senior notes is expected to be completed on or about January 18, 2024.
- The notes will be issued at par.
- The company said that it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of the borrowings outstanding under its credit agreement and for general corporate purposes.
