Equinor declares $0.35 dividend and extraordinary cash dividend; third tranche buyback

Equinor (NYSE:EQNR) declares $0.35/share quarterly dividend, in line with previous.

The company also announced an extraordinary cash dividend of $0.35.
Payable Nov. 29; to shareholders of record Nov. 19; ex-div Nov. 19.
The company will commence the third tranche of up to $1.6 billion of the share buy-back program for 2024, as announced in relation with the second quarter results on 24 July 2024.
In this third tranche of the share buy-back program for 2024, shares for up to $528 million will be purchased in the market, implying a total third tranche of up to $1.6 billion including shares to be redeemed from the Norwegian State.
The tranche will end no later than 22 October 2024.
