ON THIS WEEK’S episode of Dinner SOS, test kitchen director and host Chris Morocco is joined by Dan Pashman, the host of The Sporkful podcast, to answer our listeners’ cooking questions.
You might also know Dan from the pasta shape he developed with the brand Sfoglini—Cascatelli by Sporkful—which Chris’s 11-year-old son claims is the best pasta he’s ever had.
