Ninja Woodfire 8-in-1 Outdoor Oven ($400)
Ninja’s latest cooking innovation is an impressive wood-fired outdoor oven. The electric heat can range from 105-700°F with eight different functions: pizza, max roast, specialty roast, broil, bake, smoker, dehydrate, and keep warm. It might look smaller than a regular oven, but it can fit plenty: up to a 12-pound turkey, a full sheet pan meal, a nine-pound pork shoulder, and more. There is an integrated smoke box on the side of the oven to add Ninja’s real wood pellets that instantly infuse food with that wood-fired flavor.
