Ingredients you need for the Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk (dairy or dairy-free alternative)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 pinch of sea salt
1/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
Directions
1. To make the pumpkin spice overnight oats: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour the mixture into a mason jar or glass.
2. Cover and let sit the pumpkin spice oats in the refrigerator overnight. Add your favorite toppings in the morning before you eat, such as a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spices, star anise, or cinnamon. Enjoy!
