Join trainer Jake DuPree for a fast and furious full-body workout. Expect a combination of bodyweight moves like lunges and planks with Pilates exercises like The Saw. DuPree also includes some of their signature moves like bend-and-snap and running from your exes because working out is more fun if you get to laugh a bit. To level up this workout, add a pair of light weights. If you need to drop them during the standing arm series, you are not alone. DuPree doesn't believe in breaks, as they say, “I only get you for a short period of time so I'm going to work you”. But you will be treated to a few child's poses throughout and an active recovery at the end. Press play and get ready to move.
