16 COS New-In Pieces I’m Adding to My Spring Wardrobe

When you’ve worked in fashion for as long as I have (about a decade!), you find certain brands that just speak to your style soul. For me, COS is one of those. When pieces are easy to pull an outfit together, I’m almost always going to go back to them and the ones that do so in my wardrobe hold a COS label in the in-seam. Case in point: the Ribbed Tank Top, Clean Cut T-Shirt and Wide-Leg Tailored Wool Trousers are absolute staples that never disappoint.

With the amount of space COS takes up in my wardrobe, it’s unsurprising that I’ve been eagerly awaiting the brand’s S/S 24 drop, so let’s get down to business. The craftsmanship, the silhouettes—everything is just on point. From the flowy dresses to the tailored blazers, each piece feels like it’s been meticulously thought out, and I just know I’m going to get so much wear out of them as part of my minimalist wardrobe, adding that touch of sophistication without even having to try.

First in my virtual basket was the red pleated maxi dress, soon to be the hero piece in my spring wardrobe, which I’ll be styling with a pair of mesh flats. Speaking of mesh, the asymmetric, open-knit vest-and-skirt two-piece may just become my holiday favourite, and the hooded trench coat and wide-leg drawstring trousers are going straight into my transitional rotation. I think It’s safe to say my spring shopping is sorted.
