Yogurt Granola Bowl

This granola bowl is very simple and straightforward. Here’s a quick breakdown of the main ingredients:

  • Vanilla Greek yogurt: You can use any kind you like, but my favorite is Chobani or Siggi’s.If you’re looking to cut on sugar, use the low-sugar kind of yogurt because granola will already be sweetened. You can also use plain Greek yogurt and use either honey or maple syrup with a drop or two of vanilla extract.
  • Granola: You can use either homemade or store-bought granola. If you have time and want to save money, go for our homemade granola recipe! For store-bought, I like Cascadian Farm.
  • Berries: Fresh raspberries and blueberries are a must, but nothing prevents you from adding blackberries, strawberries, Goji berries, etc…
  • Other toppings: You can add any toppings you like. Some of my faves are coconut shavings, chia seeds, sliced almonds, dried cherries, and cocoa powder.
