UK seafood processor Prepare dinner & Lucas Frozen (UK) Restricted entered into administration final week after the corporate “abruptly” closed its plant in Grimsby earlier in January.
James Clark and Howard Smith from Interpath Advisory had been appointed joint directors to Prepare dinner & Lucas on Jan. 20.
Prepare dinner & Lucas is a longtime importer, processor and provider of seafood and whitefish, working a smokehouse and processing plant in Grimsby.
On Jan. 10, the corporate “abruptly” closed its plant in Grimsby, with roughly 80 members of employees being laid off, stated Interpath Advisory in an announcement.
