Whereas the household has not publicly shared Julia’s reason behind demise, native station WTVR CBS 6 in Richmond, Virginia, reported that she was concerned in an obvious tubing accident over the weekend. The outlet, citing sources, said that Julia was “killed after falling from her tube” into the James River.
The Virginia Division of Wildlife Assets tells E! Information that on July 2 “household and associates have been out on the James River pulling two juveniles on a tube behind a ship. After the ladies fell off of the tube, and the operator was on his method again to get them out of the water, the boat hit a wave inflicting it to be pushed on high of the sufferer (17) putting her with the propeller.”
“The operator instantly jumped into the river to rescue the sufferer, as did one other passing boat operator,” the division’s assertion continued. “As soon as they obtained the lady out of the water, they rushed again for assist. Lifejackets have been worn. No foul play is suspected, and alcohol was not an element. DWR sends their condolences to the family and friends throughout this unimaginable time.”
