A former elementary college trainer on a US Military base has been convicted of sexually abusing 4 college students.
Stefan Zappey of Germany taught first by way of third grade at Patch Elementary Faculty which is positioned on Patch Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany.
Zappey was positioned beneath investigation in 2020 when considered one of his former college students reported Zappey touched her inappropriately in 2010.

Investigators interviewed 4 of Zappey’s former college students who reported that Zappey positioned his hand inside their underwear and touched their genitals. Different college students and college members of Patch Elementary reported that Zappey often hugged college students, had them sit on his lap, and touched their backs and stomachs beneath their garments. The victims had been between six and eight years outdated on the time of the sexual abuse.
