Raleigh, N.C. — Final week, Durham chef Ricky Moore of Saltbox Seafood was named Greatest Chef within the Southeast on the James Beard Basis Awards.
Earlier than he bought any sleep, Moore talked with WRAL Information about profitable the dignity. He was on the airport, on his approach house from Chicago, the place the awards gala was held.
