The Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries, Blue and Green Economy of Dominica, Roland Royer, invited the citizens and residents to Toucarie Bay on Saturday, March 25, 2023, for an exciting Seafood Lime as part of the official PAYS Dominica Yachting Festival calendar of events. The PAYS Dominica Yachting Festival is being held from March 19 to 26, 2023
While extending the invitation, Minister Roland Royer said, “Come and enjoy delectable local cuisine, spicy cocktails, local rums, entertainment and much more.” He also shared the flyer for further details, which included a complete listing of the establishments on the beach.

The Dominica Festivals Committee also extends an invitation to the general public, as entry is free for everyone. The DFC said, “Taste The Nature Island with Seafood goodness at Dominica’s PAYS Yachting Festival.”
“Join us as we celebrate our yachting sector at the Toucarie Bay Seafood Lime this Saturday, March 25, from 6 pm. Enjoy bush rums, cocktails, local seafood, and entertainment by the band Breve! Here are some menus from the participating restaurants. Head to the north this Saturday,” added the Festivals Committee.
The SeaFood Goodness Festival will feature bush rums, cocktails, local seafood, and live music from the local band Breve. The participating restaurants are Keepin-it Real, Toucarie Bay Bar & Grill, The Almond Deck, Sandra’s Bar, and Casso’s Bar, to name a few.
The Restaurants are also offering several discounts available only for the Seafood Lime, and visitors will get to enjoy various types of local and unique cuisine.
Before the food festival at 6 pm, two other events will also be held, including the Morning Market and Local Cooking Experience at Portsmouth at 8 am and Beach Games and Fun Day at Purple Turtle Beach at 1 pm. On Sunday, the PAYS Dominica Yachting Festival will be concluded with Sip and Paint Event followed by a Farewell dinner and awards/Prize giving ceremony at Fort Shirley, Cabrits National Park.
