It is time for a visit to Center-earth.
The awe-inspiring teaser for Lord of the Rings: Rings of Energy was launched July 14, transporting viewers again to the Second Age. “There was a time when the Earth was so younger, there had not but been a dawn,” a voice says because the solar peeks via the Two Bushes. “However even then, there was mild.”
The preview contains breathtaking views of the Elven realms of Lindon and Eregion, the Dwarven realm Khazad-dûm, the Southlands, the Northernmost Wastes, the Sundering Seas and the island kingdom of Númenór, as described by J.R.R. However these idyllic scenes are disrupted by an unseen evil that threatens to destroy life as they comprehend it. Galadriel (Morfydd Clark)—who was performed by Cate Blanchett in Peter Jackson‘s trilogy—argues with Elrond (Robert Aramayo) concerning the urgency to struggle this evil, telling him, “The enemy is on the market. The query is the place.”
