Federal lawmakers from Illinois have launched laws to rename Fermilab’s Built-in Engineering Analysis Middle after the late Helen Edwards, a particle physicist who labored on the Batavia facility for 40 years.
The laws is supported by U.S. Rep. Invoice Foster, who knew Edwards, and by U.S. Rep. Lauren Underwood and U.S. Sens. Tammy Duckworth and Dick Durbin.
