GROTON, CONN. — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has brokered the sale of Groton Sq., a 196,802-square-foot procuring middle in southeastern Connecticut. Grocer Cease & Store, together with Kohl’s, anchors the middle, which was inbuilt phases on 18 acres between 1983 and 1989. Different tenants embody Panera, Xfinity, PhysicianOne Pressing Care, CosmoProf, Verizon and Moe’s Southwest Grill. Jim Koury of IPA represented the client and vendor, each of which requested anonymity, within the transaction.
