MESA, ARIZ. — HJ Pink Mountain LLC, an entity shaped by Jakosky Properties, has accomplished the disposition of Pink Mountain Plaza, a retail heart on the northwest nook of Energy and McKellips roads in Mesa. Pink Mountain Plaza, a Washington LLC, acquired the asset for $16.4 million.
Located on eight acres, Pink Mountain Plaza presents 69,270 sq. toes of retail area. On the time of sale, the property was 100% leased to a wide range of tenants, together with Michaels and PetSmart.
Ryan Schubert and Michael Hackett of Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix represented the vendor within the deal.
