TRUSSVILLE — Golden Rule Bar-B-Que in Trussville has introduced on Thursday, August 11, that it’s going to shut its doorways after 30 years of service.
The announcement was made on the Golden Rule Bar-B-Que Trussville Fb web page. The restaurant’s final day will probably be Friday, August 12.
“It saddens us to let you realize we will probably be closing our doorways at 3 p.m. tomorrow. We recognize your help and can miss you dearly. Please cease by and say your farewells to the staff,” the submit acknowledged.
Charles Matsos, proprietor of Golden Rule Bar-B-Que in Irondale and a associate of the Trussville location with Pete Derzis, stated that the closure is as a result of they “couldn’t agree on a lease with the owner.”
