Espresso at Anu Books (CaAB) and the Academy of Culinary Arts (ACA) organised a panel dialogue on February 26, titled Altering Meals and Local weather Change at its premises, which aimed to provoke a local weather dialogue.
The occasion was one of many collateral occasions of Photograph Kathmandu‘s Aware collection and was moderated by Anaida Nakarmi, ACA alumni and proprietor of Ganvi’s Eatery.
The programme was well-attended and featured distinguished panellists, together with Lalitpur Mayor Chiri Babu Maharjan, UNDP nation consultant Ayshanie Medagangoda-Labe, grasp chef Santosh Shah, and meals author Prashanta Khanal.
