Yorkshire Rugby Union Membership has confirmed the premature passing of a “beloved” and “well-loved” member of the staff on the age of 29.
Selby Rugby Union’s First XV Captain Tom Edwards died abruptly within the early hours of Thursday, November 17.
Tom was described as “robust,” “brave,” “thoughtful,” and “caring” by Mark Pearson, Selby’s Director of Rugby.
The reason for loss of life was not revealed.
